Work with Projects

A project keeps a working folder, chats, generated files, and a notebook together in one workspace.

Create a Project

  1. Select the workspace where the project should live.
  2. Select Home in the left sidebar.
  3. Select New Project.
  4. Enter the folder name and select Create.

Camber creates the folder under the workspace’s projects directory and opens the project view.

Open a Stash Folder as a Project

  1. Select Home.
  2. Select Open from Stash.
  3. Browse the selected workspace and choose a folder.

Camber opens the folder as a project. If you have already registered that folder as a project in the selected workspace, Camber reopens your existing project.

Reopen a Project

  • Select a project under Recent Projects in the sidebar or on Home.
  • Select See All Projects to open the complete list.
  • Search the project list by name, then select the result.

The list contains only projects from the selected workspace.

Move Between Project Views

Open the project-name menu in the project header to use the available actions:

  • Open main.ipynb opens the project’s main notebook when it exists.
  • Open in Stash opens the project’s folder in the Stash panel.
  • Open in Jupyter opens the same workspace and project path in Hub.
  • Open in Agent View returns to the full chat view for the current conversation.

Project files and notebook changes belong to the project’s workspace. Select another workspace only after saving work you want to keep.
